“It is nice to call a place of business and talk to a human, get a quick answer and move on with your day.
The only I don’t care for is the confusing “bill” like document that comes in the mail. It looks like a bill but says do not pay this, your bill will follow. Which we never seem to get so, I have to call to make sure we are up to date. Could be just us but it is confusing.”
